Yes — flameless candle technology makes it safe to leave your candle on for as long as you'd like.
Remove the plastic battery cover and check the back for the battery size and orientation diagram. Make sure you're using the correct battery size and that it's facing the right way.
The battery cover is designed to fit tightly for a proper connection. Place a quarter in the groove (other coins won't work), press down firmly, and turn the cover slightly to the left — it will spring open. Load the battery + side up, align the cover tabs with the housing notches, then press and turn clockwise to close. Avoid touching the wick/flame while replacing the battery. Each tealight uses one CR2450 battery.
We're not able to offer replacement battery covers.
Not all of them. Check the back of the package for "remote ready" before purchasing.
Pillar candles: up to 15 feet. Taper, votive, and tealight candles: up to 10 feet. Darker candles or glitter finishes may reduce range.
A single remote can control multiple candles — simultaneously if grouped together, or individually by pointing it at each one.
Pull the plastic tab on the remote to activate the battery. Make sure the candle is in the ON position (not TIMER) — the remote won't function in timer mode. Point the remote at the candle and press the power button to turn it on/off and access other functions.

Moving Flame®: Slide the switch on the bottom of the candle to "timer." It will stay on for 5 hours, then turn on again 19 hours later.
Touch Top On/Off candles (including Wick-to-Flame): Touch the top to turn on, release, then touch and hold for 3 seconds. The candle will flash twice to confirm the 5-hour timer is set.
PushWick®: Press the wick on, off, then on again, holding until the light flashes (about 5 seconds).
If you have a remote, you can also set the timer with that.
5 hours by default. With a remote, you can also choose 4, 6, 8, or 10-hour options.
Most of our candles are hand-poured with real wax. Exceptions include outdoor candles and some tealights/votives, which are plastic — check the product description for specifics.
A magnet inside the candle rotates around a magnet at the flame tip, creating random movement and a realistic flicker.
No — the wick isn't meant to be lit, and the candle won't burn.
